We believe in the old fashion business plan of providing high quality products and services at a fair price. Our best advertisment is our satisfied customers and we're happy to provide a list of them for you to call and talk to. We have many repeat clients, project after project.
Our Company was established in 1995 after Tom had started in the construction field in 1981 working for a company in Seattle.
By the mid 80's after working his way up within the large contracting firm, Tom was head of the installation department and after the "Great Flood " in the Snoqualmie Valley of 1986 (which flooded the family home) he took time off to repair his home and further his education in construction by working for some of the bigger builders on the Issaquah plateau like Lozier Homes, Parkwood Homes, and John Buchan, specializing in finish carpentry.
In 1988 as part owner of Heritage Design, Tom expanded into the remodeling end of construction by working around Sea-Tac airport on noise abatement programs and finally in 1995 formed Roswold Inc. with his wife Kimberley.
In 2015 we moved to Cle Elum and changed our Company name to Roswold Construction Inc. to reflect our expanding scope of work. We now commute to our Snoqualmie Valley to continue serving our clients.
